One another official who used to run HP's division has claimed that Microsoft based Windows 8 tablets would be launched at Consumer Electronics show to be held in Las Vegas in January 2012. In beginning of year 2011, HP is happy with its first Touchpad release but later got frustrated with its sales and then decided to bury Touchpad tablets. It is tough competition of Apple and Android tablets which reduces the sales and growth of HP. So, this time HP decided to use Windows 8 operating system is its interface so as to compete with its competitors.

It is also expected that HP Windows 8 tablets will use webOS for faster web accessing and for achieving this HP is looking to produce good hardware configuration for tablets. It is good choice to enter in global market with some new feature. We have been waiting for the CES meeting to be held soon so that we can get any announcement regarding the HP Windows 8 tablet release.

No details like software features, hardware configuration, tablet specifications and price are known yet. It is only comes to notice that HP is working on Windows 8 tablets so to enhance its tablet sales.
