Nokia is coming up with Windows 8 operating system Tablet to strengthen their presence in the tablet market which is dominated by Apple ipads, Samsung and HTC Tablets. Nokia has not made any official announcements regarding the launch of windows 8 tablet. The head of Nokia France Mr Les Echos Paul Amsellem informed during a news paper interview on Nokia's plan to have a table running on Windows.

Earlier Nokia had said only that they are thinking to launch Tablets on Windows plateform. But now Nokia French head Paul Amsellem told French publications that they will have the new tablet running on Windows 8 in June 2012. This much delay is happens as Microsoft has not confirmed when the next version of its Windows software is due for release. It is expected that the new version of windows will be available on early 2012. Nokia is aiming Apple ipads, Samsung Galaxy Tabs and HTC tabs which are dominating the tablet market. HTC and Samsung tablets are using Google's Andriod Operating Sysytem while ipads are using their own iOS. So Nokia is going to create a new revolution with Windows 8 OS in tablets. Microsoft is also taking keen interest to make Windows one of the standard operating system for smartphones, which is being ruled by android and Apple's iOS. But in a recent survey conducted by the Boston Consulting Group in China and America on the best operating system available on Tablet, Windows outpaced both iOS and Android by healthy margins. This is a clear indication for the need of windows OS tablets and they will rule the tablet once the windows tablets are available in the market. Keeping an eye on that, Nokia has taken all measures to develop their Windows OS tablets.

Nokia is not new to the tablet market. Their Linux-on-ARM 770, N800, and N810 tablets were also popular in the market, but it's lesser ratings in the market made them to come together with Microsoft. Marking to it, they introduced their latest Windows OS smartphone Lumina 800 in the market. During the launch of Lumina 800, Nokia announced that Lumina is just analogues to BMW 5 series and the higher variant and lower variant of Lumina 800 will be sooner launched in the market. This clearly shows Nokia's interest in Windows. The low variant 3 series is Nokia Lumina 710 while the high variant 7 series is going to be ace in the smart phone market which is not yet announced.

Nokia is still one of the world's largest cell phone makers, mostly due to its numerous low-end feature phones. But the introduction of Samsung smartphones has created a decline to Nokia phones. Samsung android phones are more popular than their symbian OS smartphopnes. So Nokia is again trying to strengthen their network with a close hands with Microsoft. But now Nokia is eyeing the hot tablet market. We can hope their Windows 8 OS tablet will create a new revolution in tablet industry.
