First of all let me explain what an XPS viewer is. XPS viewer is software from Microsoft that is used to read XPS files. It has features like digital signatures and authorization.

Here is how to connect the XPS viewer with computer

1.Go to control panel through the start menu .

2.Now open the service manager from administrative and the management services

3.Now go to add features option.

4.Now select XPS viewer, click next and establish a path for the XPS viewer

5.Now click on install. It will load the viewer in your computer.
