keyboards, scanners, printers, webcams, digital cameras, mobile phones, and hard disk
connected with the computer. The
window 7
has provided with the feature that it will automatically recognize the USB devices.
The USB port increases the efficiency and speed of the hardware devices, as with the ordinary connector which has the round shape, the problem occurs with the pins when the devices are plugged not properly, as this will lead to the bending of the pins which in turns damage the hardware devices as the signals are not transferring from the CPU and no communication takes place between them. So, the need of the
USB ports
is realized which will eliminate this problem and support the tight connection between the devices.
Whenever you plugs anything with in the USB port then it will recognize it with in the few seconds and then automatically displays the option with in the main package of the
My computer

flash drive
which acts as the secondary storage device as it stores the data permanently and very flexible and you can take it to any location. But for the proper working of the USB, you can also requires the drivers for the working of the USB plugged devices as they will act as the interface between the hardware and the operating system.
Before the installation of the USB, you should use the instructions to install the drivers, because it is drivers through the help of which USB works. Sometimes, it may happen that manufacturer provides you with software, all you have to do is to check the compatibility of that software before installing.
How to turn on the USB after Plugging on window 7 ?
* After you have plugged the USB in your computer specially some
Power USB switches
to turn them on before connecting.
* In case the manufacturer has provided the USB port in the front of the cabinet, then use the front port for connecting and disconnecting the devices.
* In some cases after proper plugging still not showing that USB is connected to your computer and then in that case firstly reboot the system and then check the information whether you need some extra software to have full compatibility with the USB devices.
* Sometimes, the
updation
of the driver is also required for the proper operation of the USB devices, as the database of the driver must be updated with the passage of time so that I will show full compatibility with the computer system.
* Always check for the
Power
whether the USB device is getting the enough power from the computer or not ?, if not getting the power then plug it in other port and look for the repairing of the power supply and check the connection through which the power is coming to the USB port.
How to disconnect a USB device?
Sometimes, after the completion of the data transfer between the memory of your computer and the USB flash, then the disconnect of the USB device is required but one thing that should always be taken in consideration is that while transferring any data firstly make sure that transfer of data must be completed and the data should save in the flash USB.
You can also recognize that device has finished the transfer of data from the

Otherwise go for the

In order to remove it from computer click on that icon and it will remove that USB and displaying a text message on the screen that is
