This resource will help you to give you better ways to protect your computer and keep you data safe.
You might be obsessed with online threats. Here I give to ideas to defense your computer threats.
Follow the steps...easy and simple:-
step-1 :-
update your operating software (OS)
Whether you use the windows or Mac operating system, you must update it regularly to improve your computers defense mechanism. How will you do that?
Okay I tell you. On your PC go to
'windows Update'
under the 'start' icon and click to install all security related updates. This was in windows. Now it's for Mac... Go to
'Software Update'
in your system preferences like OS X or under
control panels
that is OS 9. You must set the features to update automatically each week.
step-2 :-
Install a firewall
If you don't have firewall then hackers can enter your computer. I suggest you best idea when ever your computer accesses the web an alarm that is
Zone Alarm
will warn you. It is trail to use.

step-3 :-
Install antivirus software
Antivirus is must. You need the most up to date antivirus programs not to infect your hard drive and your emails. There are many antivirus types of software available in the market. Go for the branded one and don't download through net. Always buy from market (shop). Run the software weekly.
step-4:-
Remove spyware
Spyware enters your computer when you are online and reports your activities to companies that then try to sell your products. To remove spyware download an anti-spyware program and run the program daily.
step-5:-
change web browser
I said you to change web browser because viruses that enters your computer through internet explorer can do serious damage. So, use Firefox which is free to download or you can go for others who don't have much virus attack.
In this way you can shield your home computer from online threats in easier way you have ever thought of.
