What is the IIS developer Express ?
The IIS Developer Express is a Light weighted server that is used to build the websites and often also used to test the websites as it is provided us with so many powerful tools to develop and maintain the active WebPages.

There are few differences between the IIS 7 or the IIS developer express and the differences are explained as follows-

Where as in IIS developer express there is no limitation to the accessing right and user has full control of application activation and deactivation.
* In IIS 7 most of the applications used independently and not managed by the window application process activation whereas in the IIS developer express web matrix provides the leverage run environment that helps the developers and web designers to develop applications with ease.
* The IIS 7 will be run by using the Administrative rights whereas a standard user can easily made changes in IIS developer to complete the various tasks, moreover supports the multiple user rights.
* The IIS 7 uses the IIS manager for carrying out various control, coordination and management functions whereas in developer express uses the web matrix beta for performing the same kind of operations.
