This article is about how to open the elevated command prompt in windows. What are the steps to open elevated command prompt?
Elevated Command Prompt in windows is the administrator command prompt where you can access the entire system as an administrator. Default command prompt is not the command prompt of administrator. This can be opened by any of the user.
Now the question arises how to differentiate default command prompt and elevated command prompt. You can see the below images for the default command prompt and elevated command prompt.

Now follow these steps to open elevated command prompt in windows.
1)
Click on
START
button, then click on
All Programs
, then click on
Accessories
.
2)
Now right click on
Command Prompt
and click on
Run as Administrator
.
3)
Now click on continue in the UAC prompt.
OR
1)
Click on
START
Button.
2)
In the text area of serch type
cmd
3)
Now right-click on the top of
cmd
and select
Run as Administrator
.
