This resource gives you a brief idea what to write and what to ignore while writing email.Get good impression.

Now in careers every single individual uses e-mail, they don't live without it. It is must!!!
email
How much do you deal with it?
Okay!! Try this I say you what's wrong & right thing to do and get impression.

Let's proceed….
  • Always keep your mail short.
  • Always keep the subject line short.
  • All messages should be marked urgent, so that people will read them first.
  • Within 24 hours you must respond to email messages.

Why people should read your mails?

    THE RIGHT WAY

    Because of……
  • People don't have much time to read pages of your material on screen. If your message is longer than the screen length than change it and send it in different way.
  • Okay….. In case you want information to be sending by email then send an acknowledgment that you got their message and let them know about when you'll have the information.

    THE WRONG WAY

  • Confusing the reader with living the subject blank is wrong. You must not do that. Many people won't open an email unless they know the mail send by whom or the subject is clear.
  • people will know you always do this and won't consider your email urgent, even when it is…

Follow the ways I thought you and you will be responded well.

    Pamela,

A very nice and impressive article on how to use email. I do not agree with one point i.e. "All Messages should be marked Urgent". If the message is not urgent, why should you mark it as urgent. If you mark a message as urgent, other person feels it as really some thing important and will read it, but if it is not an important message, you are just wasting his / her time. So dont say that all messages should be marked as urgent. If you mark each and every message as urgent, you are going to lose impression of other person.

I do agree with the other points given by you. You should always respond within 24 hours to any email message. that is true.
