How to run an ISO file without CD/DVD drive in your Windows 7 computer
Lot of software distributions are now done by downloading the ISO files from internet. Even the Microsoft distributes their MSDN downloads in the form of ISO images. Unfortunately, Windows 7 does not yet support native mounting of ISO images.
If you do not have a CD/DVD burner, then this might be aproblem to you as those files will not be useful at all. If you do not have a CD/DVD drive but still want to make use of ISO file, you can do it with the help of virtual drive softwares. One of the virtual drive softwares is MagicDisc.
The MagidDisc virtual CD/DVD is a freeware which allows you to mount ISO files as a virtual CD/DVD. You can mount up to 15 virtual CD / DVD drives using MagicDisc.
