Rundll32 Crash Error due to Nero in Windows XP

1.Double click on my computer and then open the c drive were the Windows is installed. If you have installed the windows in another drive open that drive.
2.Now in the programs delete the folder file NeroVideoProc.acby.
It will solve Rundll32 Crash Error due to Nero in Windows XP

Another solution

If the above method does not solve Rundll32 Crash Error use the following method
1.Turn off all the startup programs.
2.Then click restrain to restart the system

In case the problem is again not solved turn off each program one by one . Once you find out due to which program the error is occurring uninstall it and install it again.
