Here is how to go to Configuration Manager in IIS 7

1.Go to control panel through the start menu.

2.Then double click on Administrative Tools and double click on IIS.

3.Alternatively you can reach the Configuration Manager in IIS 7 by typing inetmgr in the search text box and pressing enter.
