I will explain to you how to create the PDF file in window 7 ?


The PDF file format is supported by the abode reader and it is not executed in MS office Package.

If you want to create the executive file in a Window 7.

The following are the steps for creating the PDF files in window 7-

How to create the PDF file in Window 7?

* Firstly Right click on the desktop such that click should not be on any icon or any other displayed component.

* Then click on the new button provided on the pop up menu displayed.

* Then a box with the lot of options is displayed to you, from that box choose text document.

* After that enter the data into the document that you want to displayed in the document and then after entering the whole data click on the file menu option displayed on the menu bar or click on the CTRL + S key to save your file.

* If you have clicked on the File menu bar then select the save option from the file menu bar and then select the path where you want to save that file, It should be on desktop and in any disk drive.

* Enter the name of file according to user convenience and then at the end of the file enter .PDF and then click on the apply option and then click on the Ok button.

* After that you will find a PDF file created on the location which you have mentioned in the save text box. On the file menu dialog box.
