How to take screen shot in the Window 7?

I will explain to you the various steps that are required to take the screen shot of the Window 7 ?


Sometimes, it is required to take the print out of the picture or the image displaying on the screen then you have to take the screen shot of the picture or the whole image and it is also required in case of various presentations and the seminars.

It is also of vital importance in terms of students who require to display the screen shots of the various programming environment that consist of Integrated Development Environment and other tools provided to the user for programming.

The following are the steps to create the screen shot in the window 7 environment-

How to take screen shot in the Window 7?

* Open that page or the web page from where it is required by you to take the screen shot.

* Select the whole page and then press the print screen system requirement key displayed on the above of the arrows keys.

* Then click on the start button and then click on the programs and then select the accessories and finally click on the MS paint.

* In MS paint document paste the screen shot either by using the CTRL + V key and the also paste option from the edit menu.

* Then the screen shot will be displayed on the MS paint screen then crop the picture or the image according to your requirement and past it to the other MS paint document. And then after pasting it then, from the file menu click on the save button and then enter the name of file in the save dialog box.

* Then specifies the path of the document according to your requirement and click on the apply button and then click on OK, it will save your file on that location where you wanted your document to be locate.
