WebMatrix installation failed with errors

This resource is all about my initial experience with the WebMatrix 3 beta installation experience.

I downloaded the WebMatrix 3 beta and installed today. I was hoping to see the great new IIS developer express, but all I got was an error in WebMatrix installer.

The installer failed to install the dependencies. See the error message:
