3) If the file is opened in Hex Editor Neo.
Then Find 77 07 3D 78 01 string

4) If you had find the string. Then replace it with E9 04 00 00 00.
Then save it.

5) Now open Windows 7 32 BIT ISO with Ultra ISO or Power ISO.
Replace the file winsetup.dllwhich you had edited.

6) Now Burn the DVD and install it.

Your Windows 7 32 BIT is ready to run on 256 MB RAM.
