Adding additional time zone clocks to windows 7 taskbar

If you need to keep track of time zones across the globe, it is easy to do it in windows 7. Windows 7 can display upto a maximum of 3 clocks. This article shows you how to add additional time zone clocks to windows 7 task bar.

  • First click on the Clock on the right most side at the bottom of task bar
  • Now click on 'Change date and time settings' link
  • Now click on 'Additional clocks' tab in the resulting window. Check the check box for 1 or 2 additional clocks. You can choose the time zone for the additional clocks by using the drop down list and give a name.
  • Click OK when done

  • Now click on the Clock again in the task bar and you will be able to see the new clocks. In my computer I have set the additional clocks to Moscow and Buenos Aires. You can see a screen shot of these additional clocks in my computer below.
