I have three operating systems in my Computer. I installed windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 in my system. If you have more than operating system means in the Windows start up, Boot menu will display all windows operating system you installed. You should select your Windows (XP,Vista and Windows 7) to boot up that. But I want to boot up Windows 7 as my default OS.I followed simple procedure to load my windows 7 as default OS.

Here's how :

1. Click on 'Start' button and 'Right Click' on the 'Computer' and select 'properties'.
2. It will open computer 'Properties' window.
OR
Alternatively go to computer and click on the 'System Properties' Button.

Default os
System Properties and Startup recovery

3. There you should click on the 'Advanced system settings' (Left hand side).

4.It will open the 'System Properties' dialog box. Here find 'Start up and Recovery' and click on the 'Settings' button.

5. In the 'Start up and Recovery' dialog, Select your default operating system in the list.(see the image)

6. You should UN check the 'Time to Display list of Operating System' and Click 'Ok'.

7. After this If you restart your system the default Operating System will Boots up.
