i will explain to you the various steps required to troubleshoot your computer using system manuals facilities provided by the operating system?

Click on the start button and then you are provided with many options and then click on the help and the support center.

Then a page opens where you are provide with so many categories and choose the category of your choice.

Then enter the data in the text box provided such that mentioning the name of the device to which you want to troubleshoot and then press enter.

After that you will be provided with the lot of options that will help you to judge which kind of problem is there in your system and then specifies the problem and follow the steps as mentioned by the window tools and facilities.

It will definitely help the user to know that which kind of fault is taking place in the computer whether it is an hardware fault or an software fault. It will also tell you the various steps to remove the problem.

It is troubleshoot tool provided with the aim to provide full resources to the users.
