Activation of the telnet client on Windows 7

The following steps will show you how the Telnet client on Windows 7 can be activated.
If you attempt a connection on Windows 7 on a Telnet server, you get the following error message
"The command "telnet"
is either misspelled or could not be found"message.
Click
"Start"
and then
"Control Panel"
. Click the Control Panel window, click
"Programs"
and then "activate Windows features on or off.
Wait one moment from. Then scroll to the item
"Telnet Client"
and activate it. Then click
"OK"
.
Wait a moment until the functions are configured and adopted. This process may take a moment
Then scroll to the item "Telnet Client"and enable this. Then click "OK".
Wait a moment until the functions and assumed to be configured. This process may take a while.
The telnet client is activated and you can easily build a connection to a Telnet server. Simply enter in the search box as the command: telnet 192.168.2.2.
