In this resource I will discuss how to install Microsoft Windows 7 (Ultimate)
There are six versions of Windows 7 currently available in the market. These are Starter, Home Premium, Professional, Ultimate, OEM, and Enterprise.
Windows 7 will work on both 32-bit and 64-bit systems.
The minimum system requirements for the 32-bit include a 1GHz processor, 1GB RAM, 16GB available hard-disk and a DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver.
The minimum system requirements for 64-bit systems are at least a 1 GHz processor, 2GB RAM, 20GB of free space on your hard drive, and a DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver.
How to install Windows 7
There are many ways to install windows 7 like
1.Windows 7 comes installed with new computers.
2.You may do fresh installation of Windows 7 which will take about 30 minutes.
3.You can upgrade earlier versions. Upgrade procedure is different for Windows XP or Windows Vista. Vista users just have to back up their data before selecting the Upgrade option from the install disc.On the other hand both XP Home and XP Pro users will first have to back up their data and then choose Custom from the install disc.
To know whether Windows 7 will run on your computer or not, you can download and run the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor from Microsoft.
