How to work with Security dialog box in Windows NT

When a user is logged on, the key sequence CTRL + ALT + DEL brings up another dialog box called Windows NT Security. Let us see here the options in the security dialog box in Windows NT.

Lock Workstation: providing security for the computer without closing the session. All applications continue to function. A station can only be unlocked by the current user or by an administrator

Change Password: allows the user to change password. He must know the password in order to force change

Log Off: Closes the current session but the NT services continue to be active. For security, always log off when you no longer need to use the computer

Task Manager: Shows which applications are running. It also allows you to switch between applications and stop an application that is not responding

Stop System: closes all files, backup all system data and prepare the server to be turned off safely

Cancel: closes the dialog
