I explain here how to burn a cd/dvd in windows 7.Follow this step by step procedure to burn a cd in your windows seven os.

Burn a CD or data DVD

Insert a CD-ROM or DVD-ROM disc into the drive of your computer. After a few moments, an AutoPlay window appears. Then select "Burn files to disc.

In the dialog box that appears, name your disc and select "With CD / DVD" then click "Next." An Explorer window opens, allowing you to navigate to the folder on the hard drive that contains the files to burn.

Select them with the mouse and then click "Burn".

The files are then copied into a temporary memory and a message "Files are waiting to be written appears in the notification area of the taskbar. Click it to display the window waiting. Then click the "Burn Disc". Confirm when the name of your disk, set the burn speed if it is offered and click "Next."

The etching starts immediately, with an indication of remaining time. When finished, the recorder automatically opens so you can recover your disk.
