Basic Navigation

For Switch to E - Press (Ctrl +1)

For Switch to the Calendar - Press (Ctrl +2)

For Switch to Contacts - Press (Ctrl +3)

For Switch to Tasks - Press (Ctrl +4)

For Switch to Notes - Press (Ctrl +5)

For Switch to the Folder List in the Navigation Pane - Press (Ctrl +6)

For Switch to Shortcuts - Press (Ctrl +7)

For Switch to the next message (with message open) - Press (Ctrl + period)

For Switch to the previous message (with message open) - Press (Ctrl + comma)

For Navigate between the navigation pane, the main window of Outlook, the Reading Pane and taskbar - Press (Ctrl + Shift + Tab or Shift + Tab)

For Navigate between the Outlook window, the shutters of the smaller Navigation Pane, the Reading Pane and the sections of the taskbar - Press (Tab)

For Navigating the lines in the message header in the navigation pane or in an open message - Press (Ctrl + Tab)

For Browse the navigation pane - Press (Arrow keys)
