Pidgin allows you to log in to multiple chat networks at the same time.

Pidgin is a used to chat with multiple networks simultaneously. Pidgin is available for Windows, Linux and some versions of UNIX also. Pidgin is free and it is a open source and Licensed under the General Public License. You can get the code and modify it according to your needs. Many of the chat features are supported in Pidgin like Smiles, Typing notifications, file transfers and more. It is available for windows 7 also.
