To block pop-up windows in Google Chrome, first you have to open Google Chrome. The second step to block a website in Google Chrome is to click the "Wrench" button which is located towards the right side of the Google Chrome Browser.

The third step to block pop-up windows in Google Chrome is that you have to select "Option" from the drop down list. Then a dialogue box will come.

To block pop up windows in Google Chrome, go to the tab called Under the Hood. Click on the Change Proxy Settins button. Now opt for "Privacy" tab and select the check box of Turn on Pop-up Blocker in the Pop-up Blocker pannel. Thus you can block pop-up windows in Google Chrome.
