Where is the Run command in Windows 7


The RUN Command does not appear on the Start Menu in Windows 7. But the RUN Command is available in Windows 7 if you want to use it. Let us see how to add RUN Command to the Start Menu.

To add the Run command to the Start menu, please follow the following procedure:

  • Open Taskbar and Start Menu Properties by clicking the Start button-->Control Panel-->Appearance and Personalization-->Taskbar and Start Menu.


  • 2. Then click the Start Menu tab, and then click Customize.

    3. In the list of Start menu options, select the Run command check box, and then click OK. The Run command will be displayed on the right side of the Start menu.
