This Tutorial Shows you the simple steps of Creating a backup for Windows 7
How to Back up your files on Windows 7:
Step 1 : Where to get the Backup Utility on Windows 7
Start > Control Panel > System and maintenance > back-up and Restore
Open Backup and Restore by clicking in the Start button on windows 7 Followed by Control Panel,System and Maintenance,Backup and Restore.
For the First Time users of Backup at Windows 7:
click Set up backup, and then follow the steps in the wizard.
If you're asked for a administrator password/Confirmation provide with password/Confirmation.
Then Start Backing up your Files on Windows 7.
If you already Done/Tried your backup on Windows 7:
If you done your manual backup before then create a new one by Following
Start > Control Panel > System and maintenance > back-up and Restore
To Backup Windows 7 Fully:
Start > Control Panel > System and maintenance > back-up and Restore
While Reaching the back-up and Restore main Pop-up Window
In the left panel of Pop-up Window, click Create new > full backup.

Tips for Windows 7 Backup:
1) Don't backup your files on the Same disk Which was having Windows 7
2) Always have a back up Physically ( In external HDD or in Other Portable media Storage devices such as DVD,CD)
3) If you are Smart Enough on memory you can Encrypt your backups.
