We are sharing 100% of our AdSense revenue with top 10 members. Are you interested? We are forming a core group of 10 members to run this site. The core group members will share 100% of the AdSense revenue during first year. This is in addition to the cash credits, 90% AdSense revenue share for content and various prizes we offer to members. How it works: We will select 10 members each month as core group members, based on their contribution level in MyWindowsClub.com. At the end of each month, 100% of the profitAdSense revenue from this site will be shared among the core group members. The hosting charges, server cost, expense for prizes and cash credits etc are sponsored by dotnetspider.com, so they are not deducted from revenue which is a big advantage for core group! The core group members will be listed in our 'About Us' as the MyWindowsClub Team members. How to be part of the core group? The top 10 members during the month based on various criteria will be included in the core group for next month. The member rank is calculated automatically by the system based on few parameters including total points earned with some weightage for the points earned 'recently'. We will review the member rank on last day of each month and the top 10 members will be part of the core group for next 1 month. This process will be repeated for each month during the first year. Like to be part of this group? There is no need to formally apply for this. Instead, top contributors will be automatically selected based on your Member Rank. Just start posting valuable content in our resources section. If you need suggestions on what topics to write resources on, get in touch with me. Add me in your Google Talk using the id "tonyjohn". Responsibilities of Core group members You are taking 100% of the AdSense revenue from this site. It comes with some responsibilities too. You need to help us grow this site as a leading Windows community website by giving suggestions and by helping us manage this site. Nevertheless, I have a question. Will the points of all the sections be equally counted?
