More information about 125% revenue sharing, if you like to get in to the details:
1. We usually give some cash rewards for most of the posts in this site. This cash credits will be included in the 125% revenue share.
2. You should post atleast 1 article/blog per week consistently in this site to be eligible for this program.
3. We will pay additional 35% revenue only for the AdSense revenue earned from this site and not 35% of the total AdSense revenue you earned from various sites.
4. In order to enable us to give you the additional 35% revenue, you should associate your AdSense account with us through our AdSense revenue sharing program or create a new AdSense account.
5. You will be eligible for this program only if you post good quality content in good English.
6. We reserve the rights to include or exclude any members on our discretion. Only members who are capable of writing good articles are generally eligible for this program.
7. We do not allow reproducing content from any other sources including your own blogs.
8. Additional 35% payment to Indian publishers will be made by bank transfer every month. Non Indian publishers will be paid through paypal in US$.
Most importantly, you should discuss with us and mutually agree before you could be included in the program. Not all members are eligible by default.

A nice initiative from Tony. It is good chance for bloggers to earn extra income.
I have a question for Tony. See the 1st point under Rules. You are saying that the cash credits will be included in the 125% revenue share. Does that mean you will deduct the total cash credits for the blogs/articles and then only give us remaining money?
For example if I earn total cash credits of say Rs.700 for posting articles in resource section and my Adsense earnings from this site is Rs.500 ( 90% 0f Rs.555.5). So the 25% of Rs.555.5 is equal to Rs.138.875 which makes 125% of my adsense earnings = 694.375. But I already earned Rs.700 as cash credits, so will you deduct Rs.6 now since the total cash credits is more than 125% of my adsense revenue generated?

If you earned more cash credits from us than 35% of the AdSense revenue, you will not be paid any extra AdSense bonus. However, we will not deduct the extra cash you earned. The extra cash is yours to keep!
